Any buyer with a computer can find suppliers on Alibaba. The problem is that the listed price is not the real price, the quality claims are not verified, and the factory you're dealing with is often a trading company, not the manufacturer.
We source from factories we know — or factories we can visit and audit. All outreach happens directly in the local language, which means we get the real lead times, the actual minimum order quantities, and the factory price — not the foreigner price.
When we present you with a factory option, it's one we've vetted. That doesn't mean every factory is perfect — it means we've done the diligence that a buyer 10,000 miles away cannot.

The sourcing process
Brief
You tell us the product, specs, target price, destination market, and timeline. We ask questions if needed — then we start.
Factory search
We approach suppliers from our network, or audit new ones. All outreach is direct, in the factory's language. We present only factories we've verified.
Negotiation
We negotiate price, MOQ, sampling, lead time, and payment terms directly with the factory. You see the result, not the process.
Quote presentation
We present 2–3 factory options with full cost breakdowns. You see the FOB price, our sourcing fee as a separate line, and all-in cost. You choose.
Sampling & approval
We coordinate factory samples. We inspect them before shipment to you. Corrections go back to the factory in Mandarin.
