Formaldehyde emission testing (CARB, E1, E0), slip resistance ratings, fire classifications, moisture testing - every shipment requires documented proof of conformity. A failed container costs more than the entire sourcing fee.
We have sourced flooring across Greater Asia for thirty years. We know which factories hold the right certifications, which ones issue certificates they can't substantiate, and which ones consistently meet North American and European market specs. That knowledge cannot be replicated from a catalog search.
Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia have become critical sourcing alternatives for North American buyers navigating anti-dumping duties and Section 301 tariffs on Chinese-origin flooring. We have active supplier relationships across all three countries, including direct agency representation with a large-scale LVT and SPC manufacturer in Malaysia. Malaysia-origin product carries no Section 301 exposure - a significant landed cost advantage for US importers buying at volume.
