Quality
Control
Over 30 years of QC operations. Every shipment is inspected before it leaves origin — with full documentation. We don't pass problems to you.
Catch it before
it ships.
The cost of a failed container is not just the goods. It is the freight, the duty, the insurance, the storage, the customer relationship, and the time. Every serious importer has been burned once. The question is whether you build the process that prevents it from happening again.
QC at origin is the only point where you can catch a problem before it becomes your problem. By the time the container is on the water, your options are limited. By the time it is in your warehouse, your leverage with the factory is near zero.
We have over 30 years of QC operations experience — across flooring, garments, hardware, and consumer goods. We know what to look for, how to document defects, and how to push back on a factory in Mandarin when a shipment doesn't meet spec.

QC as a standalone service
Already have suppliers but need third-party inspection? We offer QC as a standalone service — independent of our sourcing work. If you have a factory relationship and want an on-the-ground inspector who speaks Mandarin and knows what to look for, that is what we do.

Documentation
you can use.
Every inspection produces a documented report — not a verbal summary, not an email. A structured report with findings, measurements, defect classifications, photographs, and a clear pass/fail conclusion.
These reports are available via the client portal for every active shipment. Your customs broker, your logistics team, and your QC records all have access to the same documentation.
